Teddy Marketing & Brand Growth Ltd., Company No. 517280509 (the “Company”), respects your privacy and works to protect the personal information provided to it. This policy explains what information is collected on the teddy-marketing.com website, how it is used, with whom it is shared, and what rights you have. You are not required by law to provide information, but without providing your details in the form we will not be able to contact you or provide the requested service.

2. What Information Is Collected

Information you provide voluntarily: when filling out the contact form, including full name, phone number, email address, website address, area of interest and media budget.

Information collected automatically: while browsing, technical and usage information is collected, including IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, the source of your visit to the site and behavioral data, by means of cookies and measurement tools as detailed in Section 5.

3. Purposes of Use of the Information

The information is used to contact you and respond to inquiries; to provide the services and tailor offers; to improve the website, the user experience and the content; for marketing and mailing activity subject to your consent; for performance analysis and measurement; and for security purposes, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Marketing Communications

To the extent that you have given express consent, the Company may send you marketing communications by email or text message, in accordance with Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982. You may withdraw your consent and remove yourself from the mailing list at any time, via the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting info@teddy-marketing.com.

5. Cookies and Measurement Tools

The website uses cookies and tracking technologies for site operation, traffic analysis, conversion measurement, and segmentation-based marketing and remarketing. The tools include: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft Advertising (Bing). To the extent they are used, additional tools such as TikTok, LinkedIn and Hotjar may also apply. Some of the tools are operated by third parties that may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not function fully. Cookie consent is managed through the consent mechanism on the site.

6. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

The Company does not sell or rent your personal information. The information may be transferred to service providers acting on the Company’s behalf and solely for the purpose of providing the service, including: the CRM system for lead management (Monday.com), mailing and automation systems (Flashy / ActiveTrail), and measurement and advertising providers (Google, Meta, Microsoft). Information may also be disclosed if the Company is required to do so by law or by a court order, or to protect its rights.

7. Transfer of Information Outside of Israel

Some of the service providers store and process information on servers outside of Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. By using the website and providing the information, you consent to such transfer and processing, subject to the provisions of applicable law.

8. Data Security

The Company takes reasonable measures to secure the information and protect it against unauthorized access, use or disclosure, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. However, the Company cannot guarantee absolute immunity, and it shall not be liable for any breach or misuse that is beyond its reasonable control.

9. Your Rights

In accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, you have the right to review the information held about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to marketing communications. To exercise these rights, you may contact info@teddy-marketing.com, and the Company will handle the request within a reasonable time and in accordance with the law.

10. Data Retention Period

The information will be retained for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing the service, managing the business relationship and complying with legal obligations, after which it will be deleted or anonymized, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it for a longer period.

11. Minors

The website is not intended for minors under the age of 18. If you are not an adult, please refrain from providing personal information on the site.

12. Changes to This Policy

The Company may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on the website and will be binding from the moment of its publication.
